• Off Season Rates (Oct 1- May 30):  Weekly $1100, 2-Day Weekends  $395; Holidays excepted;
• Security deposit of $250 confirms reservation; balance of rent due 60 days prior to arrival;
• Prices include cleaning fees;
• Additional weekly cleaning available for a fee;
